Z-Height not moving with Auto leveling

Hello,

I've tried to implement a Z-probe on my Kossel and everything is working except that when I'm printing, the extruder is not leveled in real time. I send G32 S2 before lunching a print but the firmware don't want to apply the leveling. 


Why ?
