Set up bed dimensions

Hi,

I've set up the bed dimensions properly in the preferences and when it is printing everything seems to work fine.  I have issues using the manual print panel.  First, when I home the Y, it doesn't respond to positive values (I think it is reversed coordinate); I can put in negative but the coordinate stays at 0 but the print head will move.  Second, then I kill a job it dumps it past the X dump coordinate, and off the bed completely.  I tried changing the dump coordinates and it sill sends it off the bed.

Are there settings to fix this?

    Check coordinates in manual tab after homing and compare with printer position. I guess there is a difference due to different homing positions set.
