Y calibration driving me crazy

I am having calibration issues with the Y axis. Had a problem with the X axis but by following other post on the forum I as able to go into config h and fix the problem. haven't been so lucky with the Y axis. Can someone help me with setting home on the y axis. I can use manual control to move the bed at startup but when I hit the home button it only goes half way to the end stop. Then when I try to move it in manual mode to the end stop it will not move. When I try to move the bed away from the end stop with manual control, it will only move 10 MM at a time. 

An help will be appreciated

    Which firmware? Guess your y length is set wrong or steps per mm do not match. In repetier test eeprom settings where you can change it.

    Thanks for the reply. I am using Marlin1.0.5-r2 and repetier-Host V1.5.6

    This is a firmware issue, so maybe a Marlin forum would be able to give you some hints. Maybe y length set uncorrect.
