Best Repetier-Host Settings for 3D Printing Vape Accessories

Hello everyone,

I’m using Repetier-Host with an Ender 3 V2 and printing custom vape accessories like stands, holders, and mod cases for my business, RandM-Vape.de Store. However, I’m facing some challenges with slicing settings and print quality.

Issues I’m Facing:

  • Layer adhesion problems, especially with small intricate vape designs
  • Over-extrusion, leading to a loss of detail in small parts
  • Best filament type/settings for durable, heat-resistant prints

My Current Setup:

  • Printer: Ender 3 V2
  • Filament: PLA & PETG
  • Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Bed Temp: PLA (60°C), PETG (80°C)
  • Extruder Temp: PLA (200°C), PETG (240°C)

I’d love to hear recommendations on the best Repetier-Host settings to optimize detail, adhesion, and overall print quality for vape accessories. Any advice on improving slicing settings, retraction, and cooling would be greatly appreciated!
