Hi
I have installed the host and the server
I can get it to see the printer is on Com 5, but it won't connect
In Host (with server stopped) it says access to Com 5 is denied
And in the server (with server started) it gets steps 3 and just sits there trying to connect

Do I need to install the firmware too? If so where is the install?
When I click on the download under firmware there is nothing there

Am I missing something?

    Your printer needs a firmware, that is sure. If you bought one it has a firmware installed and that should be enough. Denied means also it is not a firmware issue but a other software has already opened the port. With server stopped (try web frontend if it reall does not appear) it is not the server. Also make sure to define only one printer in server. If you stop wizard you could still end up with a printer definition, but home screen would then show it.

    Are you sure with Com 5? Does it disappear if you remove the printer? Other printer software installed and still running?
