baby step not updated /z offset value not modified

after doing bed leveling z offset does not upadted in the eeprom of the 3d printer control board .also during printing when babystep is done it also does not save into the eeprom of the control board

    AFTER DOING AUTO BED LEVELLING USING BLTOUCH SENSOR Z OFFSET VALUE DOES NOT GET UPDATED I AM SHARING THE IMAGE OF EEPROM. HERE YOU SEE Z OFFSET VALUE APPEAR ZERO BUT THE ACTUAL DIFFERENCE FORM NOZZLE AND THE BED IS 3.5MM WHICH DOES NOT UPDATED AFTER AUTO BED LEVELLING
    also when auto bed leveling done save to eeprom messgae does not appear

    Babystepping does not change anything except z position of head. If you want to adjust z probe offset you must enter the value yourself.
