Thermocouple selection in the web Configuration lool does not work.

error: 'THERMOCOUPLE_0_PIN' was not declared in this scope

So I had to go to the pins.h and #define THERMOCOUPLE_0_PIN 53 // ramps 1.3 I think. Probably should look into this.
