• Doesn't the A9 and the M3 share a bunch of GPIO?  Maybe the A9 isn't keeping it's hands off one of the motor control pins.  Please keep posting your progress - I also have a UDOO but haven't done anything with it yet.

• You know that the hardware for this is readily available and works very well.  How this would interface to Repetier, I have no idea.
