The latest version should have the feature to change the webcam resolution, but I can't seem to find the pull down menu or options for this feature? Where can I find it?

My webcam is vertically flipped fyi, that's what's causing the problem. When I turn it back to normal (for me the video is upside down now) then the error is gone. So probably a bug in the system of the filter "vflip" ?
