@roko - i'll give that a shot in a bit, cheers dude.

@Repetier - i'm happy the probe is set right now - but the correction rotation still seems to be not applying - i'm watching the nozzle gap during a print and it's not staying consistent, resulting in the 1st layer being very inconsistent in height …

Gotcha. So i've been setting the probe height wrong - it should actually be 7.3mm. probe height from nozzle (8.5) - switch movement(1.2)). I will set the Z_Switch_distance to 1.5. As always - thank you ;-)

Quick update, @repetier.... Ive tickled the Z probe height to compensate for a bit of z probe error and it *seems* to be "ok" with the rotation correction now (on 92.9). Dev branch still throws the error above, so i've given up with it for now. Be…

Hmmm - so i've been "fiddling" and the z correction on G32 S2 still does not seem to be compensating for the bed irregeularities. I decided to try the Dev branch but this is reporting an error in itself (i'm using the same Z probe offests as the 92…

gotcha - i'll give G32 another run and check I've set it properly. Correction gain for G33 at present is set to .5 and 1 respectively - so I'm not looking for huge correction - however as you have pointed out my glaring cock up i'll go run them both…

Slept on this and realised i was chasing my tail with inverting the probe logic. all is now working nicely.

This is the fault I logged a few weeks ago and had next to no support for it. Logging simply **stops** as does the print and code - sometimes mid print. coincidentally I removed the (cheap) webcam and the problem sopped - but by then i'd gone over …

no, not a virtual printer - the wizard was cancelled during connection setup, and then config was continued once the Pi build was next to the printer (in the workshop). This still creates a printer config, but once you go back in and finish the setu…

hi, I fixed this bug - it happens if i create a printer that is not physically connected to the server - it was in the web Ui - I don't run the X server or a screen.

hi, i've had NO luck at all with Pi2 reliability. this is the last chunk of code from the print log -as you can see - it just stops. server is still running - carriage is driven to the far extent of travel in both axis, and heaters are turned off..…

I understand that - Nothing noteable happens. it's happily printing layers - then stops, drives the head to the right hand side and stops. I no longer have the log as i've rebuilt the image for the 3rd time - and currently setting up a windows based…

Firmware is 92.9. I only use host and the webgui - it (the Pi2) does not have a touchscreen/display as it is inside an enclosure. I have just installed the windows version on a spare laptop - temps are plotted in the graph, and on top of page. In fa…

I have also had this happen during random server rests in 80.1 Pro - the y and x axis get driven to their max values - I can not re-create it as it is intermittent - but there is clearly a fault in the code of the server somewhere - running the prin…
