• Just for testing : re-uploaded same firmware (same binairies), the connection works fine after upload ! Printer is OK

• - Firmware is set to Marlin - Port used is /dev/serial/by-id/...  (Port is programming port) - Baud rate set to 250 000 matches the firmware   No this is a SAM3X8E board : https://reprapworld.com/documentation/datasheet_ultratronics10_05.pdf
