I built a Rostock delta printer in pretty much the usual way, except I used coated steel cable in place of the timing belts to move the sliders.

That post would probably have made more sense if I had noted that I'm running a previous version on three computers at home (1.9.something...) and they all process the file normally.

That seems to have cleared it up. Weird.

Hmm - just noticed it's showing the errors on the laptop I just started running Host on yesterday, but not on the Host running on the same machine as the server. Maybe I just need to restart Host.

I just ran across this discussion in the process of trying to figure out how to turn on distortion correction. I followed the instructions in the video you made; M321, home, G131, set slides to same height with a rod and M99 X0 etc. G132 S1, G32 S…

Thank you. I was using http://minow.blogspot.com/ as a guide, and found that if I use his formula of: new DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD =100 / measured_length * original DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD, it was going the wrong way (making the printed test object that was…

No - I'm not using a comma. But if I type, "M99X0" nothing happens - all the motors stay energized. This used to work, so I'm not sure if there's an issue with the upgraded firmware, or what. Is there a parameter or a define that needs to be done…

Thanks, Roko. That's very useful. So can someone tell me what changes to the parameters DELTA_MAX_RADIUS , ROD_RADIUS, and PRINTER_RADIUS impact? I found and corrected an error in my steps/mm today (was 40 - should have been 44), which should …

Repetier said: You need to compile firmware with distortion correction feature enabled. Oops. *facepalm* I thought it was always enabled and just turned on and off by G codes. Sorry about that.

Additional examples. This is while printing an object via the slicer link in Repetier-Host. 11:57:51.688 : Printing layer 13 of 6311:57:51.735 : Unknown command:N7431 M106 S22111:58:00.972 : Printing layer 14 of 6311:58:10.029 : Printing layer 15 …

Okay - so now after I've stopped and started the server and the host, it's no longer happening. *facepalm* I had just been playing with bed height mapping, and the distance and direction of the move was very close to the offset from the probe posi…

Also, if I execute a "home" and then another move via the manual controls on the server front-end, I don't get the "jog" either. Just with host/server, it seems.
