Non stop beeping sound during extruder heatup

I am trying to install 0.92.9 on a Melzi v2 with reprep discount controller. For some reason it starts beeping as soon as the extruder is asked to heat up. The beeping stops when extruder gets above the target temp. It starts to heep again if temperature fluctuates and get below target. 

The heated he'd works fine without such problem. Any idea what may be wrong?

    Guys, I found the problem. The LED pin is left enabled and is assigned to the same pin the buzzer is connected to.

    All is good now.
