Multi-select or Check All for Folder gcode import

I love the new folder feature. I have about 1000 gcode files that I occasionally have to upload to a new server and it would be much easier if there was a check all box to select all of them or at least the ability to shift-click to select multiple files at once.

I added a extra button "Import All" for next release.
