in 0.91 heat bed works, in 0.92.9 it doesn't

in 0.91 heat bed works, in 0.92.9 it doesn't. Repetier shows that power goes up but temp doesn't change.

    The board is melzi 2.0
    same problem with 1. version 
    changing temperature control doesn't help

    Problem was solved by changing pins for heated bed
