Configurations with slic3r

If I configure some features with the repetier host for  some printing settings, as some acceleration and speed for some printing moves, will these values configured at the repetier host will override the settings in the arduino firmware?

    Depends on firmware and used commands. In general, the last acceleration set is the one used. If it is not stored in eeprom, a reset will return to original values.
