Usermod permission denied

Hi, I have the message "usermod permission denied" on pi when I try to install :
usermod -a -G dialout yourUserName.

Can you help me on that ?

    Hello.
    You need some root permissions. Please add "sudo" before the command.
    But what are you trying to do? Installing Repetier-Host on a Pi is in general not a god idea due to the lack of performance.
