Ender 5 Plus

Does anyone have an idea on how to connect an Ender 5 Plus to Repetier-Server?

I have an Ender 3 V2 which I have hacked and connected ESP3D to and I have a custom machine running a Makerbase board but this Ender 5 I am struggling to find a way into the board.

    Does it have a serial port over usb? I would expect marlin firmware to work if selected.

    The device has a USB port on the side so I assume so yes.  I "hacked" my ender 3 by wiring a D1 mini into the board onto the serial pins but I cannot see anywhere on the Ender 5 to do the same.

    Why hacking if you can just connect usb to server? After all usb cable is more reliable then a wifi.

    Yeah I know but I do not have my server sitting next to the machine.  My server is about 10m away.  I also have multiple machines ...

    What about making a sub to serial board with the D1 mini taking the serial all powered from usb power? That should work on all usb ports and maybe it already exists as hardware.
