    ~ 6 Gb

  • How much free disk space do you have on the target? You need minimum 6GB free space to store all the zip files.
  • Actually if the target has no printer data you also need the space for the content of the 6gb zip.

    I think that it ok.

  • How did you enter the ip of the server into the RS-monitor?
Did you entered it with port 3344?
  • There is also a half manual solution as described in the readme in the backup folder. This bypasses the upload problem through the monitor, also with port 3344 it should have no limit and only fail if connection drops in between while uploading.

  • Is it only with the big file selected that it fails? In that case, please use the manual method for it. I can not say why it fails. Will try to create such a big file for tests and see if I can reproduce for a future version. There is no known size limit in this configuration, but apparently it fails. So either your network is having errors in the time it takes to upload or there is a unknown limit problem.

I think my network work OK. I can send the file uses winscp and it work ok. Can i enabled write an logs into an file?
  • Ok so glad it now is updated also manually. There is no log for this problem I think. I have now a 2gb sample so hope I can reproduce with it later. I think it is most likely a timeout from the file being not uploaded in an expected time.
