Height map - First and last meadure always give false reading

I use the latest repetier firmware (0.9.24) and when I use the Height Map tool, always the first and last measure gives me false results.

And second - this "2.84" comes from nowhere again.. it's not possible that in the first test if was in the right-bottom corner,
and in the second test it was there again, because this position in the first test gave something around 4 like it should..

I can't find the logic here, because with -20 to 20 grid I don't get the last row, but with -55 to 55 or even -60 to 60 grid,
Also, why is the first measurement is always giving me wrong reading?
The first measure is again different than the others, but also the second one.
I tried to print this file but I failed because somewhere around x-50 y35 (not sure)
Another thing,
When I tried not the Height Map, but first sent the home to the first location manually, the first measure was good.
