I want to start from zero !!!
I installed the AppImage and run it.
However, I cannot have slice to work properly, the result are bunch of weird lines. I have tried to fix it downloading slic3r, but after that and setting the path of the slic3r, now I cannot slice nothing.
I decided to delete the Appimage file, downloading it again and running it, but for my surprise, deleting the appimage file is not enough, because some configuration files should be somewhere in the system and repetier-host find it and the problem with slic3r continues.
Can someone list the steps to start from zero ?

Slicr settings are stored in ~/.Slic3r
Now, I am back to the initial behavior, i.e., the slicer runs, but it does not produce correct results
The images above show what the problem is.
The complete Slic3r log is:
After, I downloaded Slic3r Appimage and performed the slice of my stl file, exported the generated gcode file, checked it on the same online viewers and at last, I've loaded it in Repetier-host and the problem is the same.
So, I can conclude that the problem is at Repetier-host side.
if Repetier-host uses the gcode file to generate the image (travel moves), then it is not interpreting correctly the codes for the travel moves of the extruder.
Just to be clear, I am using Lubuntu 20.04 and the Appimage file downloaded in repetier.com website.

It was crazy to me, because it should be filament by default. But it was my fault.
Thanks again.
