supports not showing

Hi I can't get to add the supports what is the deal with that? I tested many different overhang angles and no supports added I even downloaded a support test, and try to add supports, no supportes are added to my piece after slicing, tested on ultimaker cura and it works, is there any fix ? using v2.1.3

    Did you also select Support Type on the right side when slicing? What are your support settings? Just sliced with support and it worked, so i guess you are missing one parameter or it is set wrong.

    hi im having  the same  problem supports not showing using cura engine works on all third party slicers but not in repetier host .... im sure it used to  :/  using v2.1.6   also tried various angles but .. no cigar ...  i have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using default settings ,, and still supports are not showing .... theres a glitch somewhere .. which i cant find ..
