GCodes skipped
Hello,
I just equipped my anet a8 3d printerwith a laserdiode. The hardware works. Did some simple tests ( lines ) and that was successful.
Now I'm trying to make a engraved drawing of the Coderdojo logo.
Now i have two problems.
Problem 1, not severe but a solution would be interesting.
The laser is controlled with the fan output. When generating the repetier GCode there's no automatic generated of an on- or off-code for the laser. In my case that would be M106 S0 or M106 S255 ( or similar ). I now add it each time it before it moves fast G1 F9000 or so ( M106 S0 ) or after it got its command to move slow G1 F400 ( depending on settings of course ) : M106 S125.
Is there a way to have this automatically ?
Problem 2, more severe.
It seems the combination Repetier/Anet with Marlin 2.0 only executes the G1 codes, skipping all arcs ( G2 and G3 ). I would add a picture of the result here if I could.
The code was generated within Inkscape and the Repetier plugin. When looking in online viewers everything is ok.
