Configuration Tool Bug: PARK_POSITION_Y is PARK_POSITION_Z_RAISE not input box value

Spotted this bug when using the configuration tool, both 1.0.3 and 1.0.4dev. The PARK_POSITION_Y in Configuration.h is getting set to the PARK_POSITION_Z_RAISE and not the value in the PARK_POSITION_Y input box.
Board is a Ramps 1.4.
I check with both a fresh config as well as an uploaded configuration.h with normal and expert Configuration levels.
Current solution is to manually change the PARK_POSITION_Y value in configuration.h after downloading from configuration tool.
