Print with second extruder

Hello everyone,
it is possible to use the second extruder as was first?
in other words, my printer has two extruders, and the firmware is properly configured. Mold correctly the first extruder, but if I want to print with the second without modifying either the hw or the firmware, how to do it?

    Send T1 (or switch active extrude) before you print assuming that your gcode was for a single extruder and contains no T commands. Not sure if M109 contains T0 then to heat the wrong extruder. You must check this in the gcode at the beginning and change that to T1 as well if it is contained.

    In the host when connected go to manual control. There top right you see active extruder and if you switch the dropdown to an other extruder you also switch the active extruder.
