Hello,

When I open Repetier-Host it does not show me the bed of the printer or my added STL model.
The log shows:
13:51:24.601 : OpenGL version:2.1.2
13:51:24.605 : OpenGL extensions: [removed long list of stuff here to improve readability of this post on forum]
13:51:24.605 : OpenGL renderer:GeForce 6100 nForce 405/integrated/SSE2
13:51:24.605 : Using fast VBOs for rendering is possible

I run this on an old PC with windows 10.
The graphics card is not supported by Win10 so I installed a Win 8.1 driver.
Al good and well, however it does not seem to render well in adobe programs and other CAD 3D software.
When I changed the settings to use software OpenGL in those other programs everything worked.

I know the problem is the driver, but I do not know how to solve that.
Probably have to buy windows 10 supported 3D card that is also compatible with my very motherboard....

Is there a way to set Repetier-Host to use software OpenGL?

    I know that the software OpenGL in windows is very likely to crash host and if not it would be unusable slow for normal models. In any case you need to select the slowest rendering method which all that might work. Buffers and VBOs will not work.

    Thanks, even if it is slow, I would like to give it a try.

    You can not say which it uses. It uses software if it finds no hardware OpenGL
