RADDS 1.5 with Due and RAPS128 not moving

I'm new to the forum and am posting here as a last resort.
I have been trying to fix my RADDS for some time with no luck.
Not sure what is going on.
Symptoms are very clear.
No steppers move.
They lock up on boot and unlock if I Home All but they do not move by them self.
I ha e changed the steps per mm and changed the microstepping from 1/128 to 1/16 with no change in the result.
I have checked the vref and its a bit on the high side 1.3v. Machine is running on 24v.
Not sure what else it can be.
All wires have been tested, swapped around and verified that the steppers are actually working.
All parts are brand new, so they should not be broken.
If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

Now I have a pile of other issues I am no where near solving, but for that I think it will require a new thread.
