Z probe Height versus Max. Z-probe-bed dist.

What is the difference between Z Probe Height and Max. z-probe-bed dist.? And how do I measure them. I read the Z probing page but I'm unclear and was hoping someone could help me out.

    z probe bed distance is the distance nozzle should max. have when starting probing. So if you have it set to 10 and Z is 60 it will go down to z probe max distance + z probe height. If you start below probing is faster but on own risk (except deltas where it is always starting height).
