Printer not priting

Hi, I've recently purchased a new board for my printer, and everything works, including manual control, however when I come to print it, it moves to the endstops but doesn't print, but it says so on the repetier host.

I am getting this error

11:24:50.849 : Error:Printer set into dry run mode until restart!

As well as:

11:24:59.203 : Other:: working marked decoupled


Any suggestions?

    does the hot end and bed heat up correctly if you turn them on in the host

    Yep, When I print they heat up
