I have a kit RAMPS 1.4 Kit + LCD 12864 Display + Mega 2560 R3 and a laser connected in port 

D10.And use latest firmware Repetier published.
How do I correct the following? The laser turns on and flashes at the beginning of each 

movement and then stays off until the end...

    Sounds like some other function (Extruder) uses the same pin and overwrites the signal. It is not allowed to use a pin for 2 different functions, that will cause your error pattern.

    Problem solved.
    I changed on PINS.H
    I have no extruder, fan or hot bed
