Script Description on hover

I would like to see the first line of usder-defined scripts displayed when you hover over the script button.
Users could put a comment at the beginning of the script so they could know which script is which.

Activate "Show Help bubbles" in Preferences->Basic settings and it will show the script name you gave it. Set names to something you understand and hoving will show that name.
