Translation issue ? "At this speed, the filament is extruded with manual control"

In Printer Settings > Printer, some of the tooltips do not make sense :



 "At this speed, the filament is extruded with manual control" sounds like a translation error from a non-native English speaker.

Is this trying to say "Manual extrusion speed" ? That is to say, the speed at which the filament is extruded when clicking the up/down extrusion arrows from the Manual Control tab ?
