Negative Z Values to Calibrate Z Offset

Hello everyone

I already checked the documents and the forum, but could not find the solution for the above mentioned problem. To be able to adjust the Z offset value accordingly, I need to move below 0 in the Z axis. The problem is, Repetier-Server is not accepting anything below 0. Soft-Endstop is disabled in the firmware, and the printer is moving below zero when the command is sent via the printer interface itself, but as said, when trying with Repetier-Server terminal, it stops at 0.00. 

Any idea?

    You can manually send negative values e.g.
    G1 Z-1

    but if firmware accepts this is an other question. See console with commands enabled.
