Updated to v2.2.2 and Serial Error

I have been using an earlier version of Repetier-Host for some years with out the server.
Updated to V2.2.2, I am unable to connect to my CTC Prusia Mk3.
I have tried 115200 which it was originally using.
I have tried with Server Local Started and Stopped.
Does anyone have any ideas where I am going wrong.

    Are you connecting via server or host directly? When server is running and connected you can not connect with host directly, only with server connector.

    Also when oyu enable commands and ack in console, what does it show on connection attempts?
