Will changing minimum height affect auto bed leveling?

Hi,

After performing auto bed leveling, I have to change the minimum bed height to account for glue that I have added to the bed and allow for the first layer to be printed.  If I have saved values for auto bed leveling will this be affected if I change the minimum bed level from 0 to -.7mm?

    This is no host setting! I guess you are talking about some printer setting but not for which firmware and what that setting should mean. Normally you configure z probe to have correct height between nozzle and bed - in repetier-firmware this is z probe height setting. On other firmwares this can of course have different names or require other adjustments.
