server not sending g code to printer

I have a CTC printer set up on Server , which is shown on server as being connected, but after i have  sliced an file on host, sent it to the server to print,  Its shows as printing,  but nothing is  being sent to the actual printer, It's connected to my PC  by USB cable   any ideas whats gone wgong?

    In such cases please always have a log into console to see whatis going on. If firmware was responding before or firmware send any errors like firmware halted for some reasons. Best is to uncheck all filters, deactivate and activate. You should see init command being send, then it is ok at that point. Then start the print and see if you get an error or if heater is just waiting for target temperature.
