Printing gets slow and choppy after several prints

@Repetier if the G4 pause command is there i did not add it. as i have told you, the code works well on the 1.0.6 Repetier but on the 1.5.2/1.5.3

the slic3r is the same when it fails and when it work well. slic3r 1.1.7.

So how will Repetier affect the result, is Repetier adding them?

but moreover. On this pauses there is no pause G4 command present.

Discard the last part i have notice the G4 commands, 

the question is still there,  on repetier 1.0.6 the printer does not pause/wait.

as soon as the repetier 1.5.2/1.5.3 the printer pause/wait, 

same slic3r.
