Hotend won't turn on.

So I have a mks-gen-l Board with 2 extruders installed into my Ender 3.
Yesterday it worked just fine, but now repetier-host doesn't turn the Hotend on.
The commands are there and there are no errors coming back, but the e-temp still shows "off".
Another thing is, that the bed heats fine and repetier still prints without the Hotend even turned on, while constantly spamming the "prevented cold extrusion" line.

    Well the error has fixed itself?

    Maybe you activated Dry-Run mode in debug settings in manual at bottom. That means simulate print without heaters/extrusion.
