Cannot add new printer from GUI

When configuring a printer, the "default" initial printer is grayed out in the printer configuration and I cannot change the name. If I descend into the ~/.mono directory to find the printer subdirectory and copy the "default" directory to a new name, then both default and the new name show up in the drop down box and I can now edit it.

  • Disconnect first, then it is not greyed out. Since this is also the active printer changing while connected is not possible.
  • Thanks. That makes sense.
