G-Code does not reflect selected Print and Filament Cura-Engine-Settings when saved

The Print and Filament Cura-Engine-Settings are saved under a specific name and selected in the menu bar when slicing in Repetier-Host. Yet, Saved Print and Filament Cura-Engine-Settings are not updated when the saved Sliced file G-Code is inspected. Why?
