large span is not supported

I have a large span that when sliced within slic3r is supported properly, but when I click slice in repetier-host it does not put in the support, the span is at least an inch, it is also flat.  When I put and angle to it, it get the support, so when it is flat it does not create support when sliced through rh

Are you using the same slic3r versions and the same settings also for support? All we do is calling slic3r with your selected configs.
