Darstellung Grafik vom PrintJob

Wenn einen Printjob hochlade, dann erscheint die Hrafik des Printjobs mit einem komische Zusatz. Ich habe anderswo gelesen, dass man den GCode "versteclen" kann durch ;@nosize und  ;@size ;  jeweils am Anfang undEnde vom GCode Script. Aber trotzdem bekomme ich eine merkwürdige Darstellung https://ibb.co/ZmqQz2D

  • Das ist nicht ganz richtig. @nosize/@size schliest einen Bereich von der größenberechnung aus. Das Bild wird ja so berechnet das alles sichtbar ist. Aber so eine Prime spur unten ist nicht wichtig und verkleinert mit dem darstellen nur unnötig das eigentliche Objekt. Daher macht es sinn so was hier zu nutzen.

    Dieser fette klecks kommt von einer Rückrechnung der extrusionsbreite oder layerhöhe. Hast du schon auf 0.94.1 aktualisiert? Hab da ein paar Zusatzregeln eingefügt die das verhindern sollten. Wenn ja bitt mal den gcode posten, damit ich das genauer ansehen kann.

    Danke für die Antwort. Beim  PrusaSlicer funktionier das übrigens ordentlich. Hier folgt des StartCode aus  S3D - und ja, 0.94.1 liegt an.   Gcode eines Beispiels aus S3D folgt demnächst (nach derzeitigem Druckende)

  • Actually the graphic is more or less correct. You start at z=0 and move to z=80 so next extrusion height is 80mm :-)

    Normally no problem in s3d but here in your own code you did not tell server the extrusion height. Adding e.g.

    will give you a thin extrusion line at z=80. Not sure why you do this in air - normally this is done at a low z so it sticks to bed then you would also not have gotton such a high line. But I think I when we add nozzle sizes it would be good to limit height to nozzle diameter as well.
