trying to load a profile

Hi to hopefully a helpful forum 
I've recently installed repetier for use on an Artillery Sidewinder but can't seem to load a profile (saved on a supplied USB)
I can set up the basic configuration of the printer but no further.
Can someone help

    What profiles do you mean? From slic3r? You need to start slic3r and import it there.
