repman 3d printer connection issues

I  have an older printer that i was using for the longest time but upgraded my computer and now cannot get it to work with this version of repetier.  i was using 1.3.1  it connects to printer but will not mover or accept any commands.  any help would be greatly appreciated.  is ther somewhere i can get the older version?

    Sure com port is still the same and is correct? If printer is unplugged from usb does the usb port disappear?
    Also baud rate must be correct - 115200 or 250000 are the typical one.
