where is region setting

Setting up WIFI on Pi Touchscreen,  it wont connect as its requests to set region first,  yet provides no button or mechanism to do that,   there is also nothing in the config files to set it either,  so pray tell how do you set the region?

Can you explain what you did? i cannot get mine working either. I got the region set correctly but cannot connect the WiFi for some reason. Keeps saying incorrect password when trying to login through the access point from the phone.
