Unable to center print

The printer head goes 45 degrees from the start point to the other side of the bed and will not stop unless I hit the kill button.  Printer will stop at edge of bed in manual mode.  Seems to do with the slicing software. Same results with Slic3r and CuraEngine.  Any ideas?

    Wrong settings. Check bed dimension and location set in host and compare with coordinate system set in firmware.
