Printer not connecting and Greyed out
Hi guys,
so all of a sudden, the server will not connect to the printer. I've rebooted both server and printer but nothing works.
So normally, on the dashboard of the printer, if the printer is online, it's coloured green. If it's offline, it's coloured red. But this time, the printer is greyed out.
What's happened??
