Layer cooling fan, Speed Control - Missing?

I am not sure, but I think I am missing a fan speed control in Rep server. I cant seem to locate it anywhere. I am not using Rep firmware, I am using marlin. Also I am using free server at the moment. 
How can I enable to see and adjust fan speeds?

    Go to printer settings in server and define number of fans. They only appear if number > 0 is set.

    Oh man I feel like a dunce! I must have looked in that area 5 times and never seen a fan setting, DOH!
