Change the clock to 24hour and European style date

Hello,

How can i change the clock to display 24hour and not AM/PM? and the date to show t.ex 27/4/19 instead of 4/27/19?
I run the Repetier-Server on Ubuntu 18.04LTS, and on the ubuntu terminal both date and time shows up correct.

Anyone have any tips for me? :)

    Time/date format depends on selected language and can not be changed except with changing language.
