Communication timeout - Command waiting following activation of air compressor

When the air compressor is OFF, my 3D bioprinter (pneumatic-based microextrusion Inkredible+ bioprinter from Cellink) performs all commands without any problem (of course, no ink is coming out of the extruder because the air compressor is OFF). however, when I want to add pressure by putting the air compressor ON for my ink to be extruded, commands start to pile up and I get communication timeout. I filmed this, and put it online:
. If I put the air compressor ON before linking my computer and the 3D bioprinter, I can't even connect my printer and computer.
From these events I clearly identified the air compressor as the problem. Has someone also had these kind of issues? What should I do?
